The #UswagNorMin: A Photo Contest is one of the highlights of the RDC-X Week Celebration, which is observed every fourth week of September of each year pursuant to Proclamation No. 1164 dated 24 February 1998.
The RDC-X, during its 125th Full Council Meeting on 19 March 2021, approved the conduct of the RDC-X Week Celebration on 20-24 September 2021 per Resolution No. 7, s. 2021
The Contest aims to highlight Northern Mindanao's resilience and development amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
